Monday Swimwear 2019 Runway Show

We kicked off the Runway Show weekend with a brunch celebration at the Paraiso Bungalow. Collaborating with Australian skincare brand, Dr Roebucks and JNSQ Wines, the Monday Swimwear x Dr Roebucks brunch brought together top influencers, models, editors and friends for a beautiful morning with some powerful babes. We sipped on rosé, ate some delicious food and enjoyed the beautiful setting that Paraiso created for our stunning brunch.

Facetune 09 07 2019 14 23 11 CUIXMALA

We have been traveling with Revolve for years now and every time they invite us on another #REVOLVEAroundTheWorld trip we scream a little inside with excitement because we know it’s going to be even better than the last. How do they do it you may ask? How do they continue to top the previous trips? Well, the answer is that their marketing team members are masterminds with impeccable taste.

Cuixmala is easily one of our new favorite places in the world. It’s unlike anything we’ve ever seen and is so visually pleasing, it is any creatives dream destination. The eco friendly resort is very exclusive and you must be invited to be allowed to come. In true Revolve style, they rented out the entire property for the month of July for #REVOLVESummer. read more

It has so many incredible places to visit, but there really is something extra special about the Amalfi Coast. Fresh seafood, breathtaking scenery, stunning water and lovely people are just a few reasons why we’ve become absolutely obsessed with it. There’s really nothing quite like Summer on the Amalfi Coast and if you’re thinking of taking a trip we highly recommend it.

Establishing a well-rounded, effective, healthy skin routine is tricky business. And as we get older, skin care becomes more and more important, and more and more complicated. It’s not just face wash and moisturizer anymore. We have serums, scrubs, acids, oils, and all of their ingredients to decipher through. And when you look at these long, scientific sounding words, it can sound like a language all of its own.

None of us really want to spend our cherished time at Sephora with our phones out, Google searching every other word on the bottle. (But really, who hasn’t been there?)  Do yourself a favor and conduct your own research beforehand. One of the best things you can do is speak to a doctor about your specific skin needs. We reached out to the renowned, board certified dermatologist and co-founder of FACILE dermatology + boutique, Dr. Nancy Samolitis to answer some of our questions. Comment more questions below and we will get back to you! read more

Travel Journal: Exumas, Bahamas

IMG 0003 Travel Journal Exumas Bahamas

It’s safe to say that the Bahamas is one of our favorite places in the world. The crystal clear water, beautiful white sand beaches, and cotton candy skies makes The Bahamas one of the most sought out beach destinations. This year we traveled to Great Exumas Island and experienced the beauty of George Town. Below is a recap of our experience:

Tips before you book:

-Make sure to have cash on hand as many of the local shops and activities only accept cash.

-Bring bug spray! Sand fleas are common in The Bahamas, and getting bit is not fun. We’ve heard that putting baby oil around your feet and ankles helps repel the bugs! read more

The best sweat-proof makeup for festivals

Shade The best sweat proof makeup for festivals

Ravers, the festival season is right around the corner! We are as pumped for the beats and the glow sticks as you are, but music festivals mean a lot of dancing and dancing means working up quite a sweat. So, how do you ensure that you makeup looks as good when you leave the venue as it did when you walked in? By completely sweat-proofing your beauty routine, of course!

Primer Is Your Best Friend

Shade The best sweat proof makeup for festivalsBikini by Onia x We Wore What

The job of this beauty product is to hold the rest of your makeup in place so it is pretty important that you prime your face before the foundation goes on. Dab small dots of primer onto your forehead, nose, cheeks and chin and then blend it in evenly, taking care to blend until your shoulders for an even finish. If you are planning on wearing eye shadow, remember to prime your eyelids too and then apply the shadow with a damp brush for a long lasting finish. Primer got over and you are running late? BB creams work equally well. Try the Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream which will correct, moisturize and protect, all in one go. What more does a girl want? read more
