Staying motivated during this wild time we are living in has presented challenges for everyone, so I’d like to share a few tips to help keep me motivated. Growing up I was always active – I played college volleyball on a scholarship, ran half marathons, and always made working out a priority and lifestyle. Then I went through one of my biggest life transformations – I became a mom and so many things changed. I was not a unicorn momma that magically lost all the weight I had gained, I was exhausted and didn’t know how to get strong mentally and physically again. Bikini Confidence: My Journey To Braving The Beach With A Belly – STYLECASTER

Last summer was the first time that I truly embraced wearing a bikini on the beach, with no shame and no attempts to hide my stomach or rolls from the world. It felt freeingbut I didn’t just wake up and rush out onto the sand with pride. After years of trying to cover up and settling for swimsuits I didn’t love, I finally made it to the point where I was ready to learn to love my summer body.
