Halle, who has been honoring Instagram’s #FitnessFriday for a solid two years and herself completed three years worth of martial arts training in just six months for “John Wick: Parabellum,” has been opening up on the training for her upcoming movie. “Bruised” brings back the MMA theme, with Halle telling Women’s Health:
“I had to look (and perform) like a professional MMA fighter, so, in addition to practicing MMA for four hours every day, I was also doing about 45 minutes of general strength training and 15 minutes of work just on my abs.”

The 24-year-old musician took to the photo-sharing platform and uploaded pictures of her in skimpy swimwear. In the snaps, Lipa rocked a black bikini top that featured two tiny triangular cups. The cups were attached to a pair of thin straps that were tied around her neck and back.
